Our insurance experts are also familiar with dental insurance policies that cover braces for adults, as well as supplemental insurance policies for orthodontic treatment.  At your consultation, we will help you understand the orthodontic treatment benefits of your insurance policy.  If pre authorization or approval is required, we’ll submit all of the necessary paperwork for you.  We work directly with insurance carriers and are familiar with all of the documentation and reports needed to efficiently and effectively process claims on your behalf.   If your policy provides reimbursement, we’ll use our specialized industry  software to ensure you have the reports and documentation you need to utilize your policy benefits.

We also accept state sponsored insurance including Medicaid and managed care policies.  Our experienced staff will review the preapproval process with you during your consultation.  We are very familiar with the records and documentation required to submit for the preapproval process, and we’ll take care of all of the paperwork for you.  Our talented and experienced orthodontists are familiar with complex and medically-necessary orthodontic treatments, and will explain their diagnosis and treatment recommendations with you in detail.
